2. Power: Plug the USB cable into a laptop, power bank, or a standard 5V USB wall adapter (recommended for maximum heating efficiency).
3. Heating: Place your flat-bottomed mug on the center of the coaster. Press the power button to cycle through the 3 temperature settings until the LED indicates your desired heat level.
4. Cleaning: Unplug the unit and allow the heating plate to cool completely. Wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth. Never submerge the warmer in water.

To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at admin@kitchenley.com with your order number and reason for return — returns sent without prior authorization won't be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (your bank may take longer to post it).

Some items aren't eligible for return, including perishables, personalized products, hygiene items, hazardous materials, gift cards and clearance items. Customers in the EU have 14 days to cancel an order for any reason under EU consumer protection law.
