Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

For United States orders, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $3.99 on orders between $1–$50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time for US orders is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier service.

For international orders, standard international shipping is available for $6.99 on orders between $1–$50, while orders of $50 or more qualify for free international shipping. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, though delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Every order placed with Kitchenley includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. While we declare shipments accurately to help avoid delays, customs clearance times are outside of our control.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Occasional delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
