Usage & Care Guide

1. Charging: Fully charge the machine using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible power bank, car charger, or wall adapter before your first trip.
2. Loading: Select the appropriate adapter for your Nespresso capsule, Dolce Gusto capsule, or ground coffee. Securely lock the adapter into the bottom chamber.
3. Brewing: Pour water (cold or hot) into the top tank. Press the button to initiate the self-heating process (if using cold water) and begin high-pressure extraction.
4. Cleaning: After brewing, unscrew the bottom adapters and rinse them thoroughly under warm running water. Do not submerge the main motorized/battery body in water.

Every order includes a tracking number, sent once it's dispatched. Delivery times are estimates — delays can occur due to holidays, weather, customs inspections or courier issues.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at admin@kitchenley.com with your order number and reason for return — returns sent without prior authorization won't be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (your bank may take longer to post it).

Some items aren't eligible for return, including perishables, personalized products, hygiene items, hazardous materials, gift cards and clearance items. Customers in the EU have 14 days to cancel an order for any reason under EU consumer protection law.
