International orders: Standard shipping is $6.99 (free on orders $50 or more), with typical delivery in 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Every order includes a tracking number, sent once it's dispatched. Delivery times are estimates — delays can occur due to holidays, weather, customs inspections or courier issues.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at admin@kitchenley.com with your order number and reason for return — returns sent without prior authorization won't be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (your bank may take longer to post it).

Some items aren't eligible for return, including perishables, personalized products, hygiene items, hazardous materials, gift cards and clearance items. Customers in the EU have 14 days to cancel an order for any reason under EU consumer protection law.
